The registration of tenancies enables the RTB Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) to collect important data on the rental sector. All landlords, whose tenancies come under the remit of the RTB, such as private, Approved Housing Bodies (AHB), Cost Rental, and Student Specific Accommodation providers must register their tenancies with the RTB.
The information presented below sets out the number of private tenancies at specific points in time registered with the RTB.
