If our Call Centre is closed

If our Call Centre is closed and you encounter issues resetting your password within 1 hour of receiving the password reset email, you can take the following steps:

  1. Right-click on the 'reset my password' button in the email.
  2. Select 'Copy hyperlink’.
  3. Paste this link into the same browser URL used to request the password reset link.
