The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 govern how we use, process, and store your personal data. The RTB processes personal data to carry out our mandate under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2004 (as amended). We do not need your consent to process personal data when the data is required to fulfil our legal responsibilities. In some cases, we may redact (remove or black out) information relating to third parties or where required by law.<\/p>\n<h3>If you are not satisfied<\/h3>\n<p>If you are unhappy with our response, you can make a complaint to the Data Protection Commission, Canal House, Station Road, Portarlington, Co.
