The research was carried out by Am\u00e1rach research on behalf of the RTB.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The surveys aim to improve what we know about:<\/li>\n<li>The profile of landlords, tenants and letting agents in the private rental sector<\/li>\n<li>The actions and intentions of private landlords and tenants<\/li>\n<li>What drives the behaviour of key stakeholders in the sector.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The RTB has published two sets of survey data in 2021 and 2023.
