seeking information relating to the RTB can email their queries to: \u202f<a href=\"mailto:OireachtasMembersQueries@rtb.ie\">OireachtasMembersQueries@rtb.ie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We do not usually respond to query from a member of the public is received into the Oireachtas inbox, it is not usually responded to.<\/p>\n<p>Our target deadlines for responding to queries from Oireachtas members are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acknowledgement:\u202f3 working days<\/li>\n<li>Substantive reply:\u202f14 working days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"block-block_308265f4e675b6d46d93df03666b29c0\" class=\"header-paragraph-block rtb-block you should email:\u202fOireachtasMembersQueries@rtb.ie.<\/p>\n<p>The appeal will involve a complete reconsideration of the response by a more senior member of RTB staff.<\/p>\n<p>To make an external appeal to the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government: tell us and it will be brought to the attention of the relevant Department officer.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/article>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section id=\"block-block_bb817941f93a52f210989646267f23c6\" class=\"header-paragraph-block rtb-block undertake periodic surveys to obtain feedback from Oireachtas members who avail of this service and will report annually on compliance with the standards.<\/p>\n<p>The process set out above follows DPER Circular LG(P) 05\/16 on the provision of information to Members of the
