If your current tenancy is not showing on your new registration account when you log in, you can link it manually. Log in to your registration account<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the &#8216;Linking an Existing Registration&#8217; from the homepage.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure your surname and email address match those on the tenancy registration you want to link to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Linking options<\/h4>\n<p>There are two ways to link the tenancy:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Option 1: Use the RT number<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter the RT number (unique number assigned to each tenancy registration) in the format RT-XXXX-XXXXXXXX.<\/li>\n<li>To enter multiple RT numbers, separate them with a comma and no spaces. For example, RT-XXXX-XXXXXXXX,RT-XXXX-XXXXXXXX.<\/li>\n<li>You can enter up to 6 RT numbers.<\/li>\n<li>Your surname and email will be auto-filled, greyed out and can&#8217;t be edited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Option 2: Use the Account ID number<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Enter your five-digit Account ID from your previous registration account.<\/li>\n<li>Your surname and email will be auto-filled, greyed out and can&#8217;t be edited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>3. Link to registration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Click &#8216;Link to Registration&#8217;.<\/li>\n<li>Review identified registration records.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8216;Link&#8217; to add the records to your online account.<\/li>\n<li>If the record is marked &#8216;Unmatched&#8217; you need to provide more information before the record can be linked. Select &#8216;Unmatched&#8217; to provide details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>4. Review registration<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You can add parties to the record (if you need to).<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8216;Accept&#8217; to add the registration record to your account.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8216;Reject&#8217; if you don&#8217;t want to add the registration record to your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>5. Linking is successful<\/h4>\n<p>Once linked, registration(s) will appear under &#8216;Renew Annual Registration and Manage Registrations&#8217; on your homepage.<\/p>\n<h4>6. Linking is unsuccessful<\/h4>\n<p>If the linking is unsuccessful, it is marked &#8216;Unmatched&#8217; on your &#8216;Renew Annual Registration and Manage Registrations&#8217; section.<\/p>\n<p>You need to provide more information so we can identify the correct registration record(s). Log in to your registration account<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Select the &#8216;Linking an Existing Registration&#8217; from your company homepage.<\/li>\n<li>Only the main company account can link registrations (branches cannot do this directly). The main company account can link existing registrations and then assign them to a branch.<\/li>\n<li>The CRO number on your company account profile must match the CRO number on the tenancy registration you want to link to.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>2. Linking options<\/h4>\n<p>There are two ways to link the tenancy: using the RT number or using your Account ID number. Follow the same steps as in the individual accounts section above.<\/p>\n<p>The CRO number on your account profile will be automatically populated, greyed out, and can&#8217;t be edited on the linking page.<\/p>\n<h4>3. Finalising the link<\/h4>\n<p>Follow the same steps as in the individual accounts section (steps 3 to 6). If the linking is unsuccessful, additional details may be required. We will contact you if needed.<\/p>\n<h3>Company accounts linking multiple tenancies (bulk linking)<\/h3>\n<p>Landlords and agents with a large volume of existing tenancies can use a <a href=\"https:\/\/rtb.ie\/ga\/resource\/data-linking-spreadsheet\/\">data linking spreadsheet<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>This allows you to provide all the necessary information to link each tenancy record, without the need to submit multiple requests in your online account.<\/p>\n<h4>How to use the spreadsheet<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Download and save the spreadsheet.<\/li>\n<li>Complete the spreadsheet with as much information as possible for each tenancy record so we can identify it correctly on our system and link it to your account.<\/li>\n<li>Save it and email the completed spreadsheet to <a href=\"mailto:lettingagents@rtb.ie\">lettingagents@rtb.ie<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Important notes<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Existing records may have different details, such as the landlord or agent names or company information, which could cause delays.
