Page contents
To view all registrations linked to your account click 'Renew Annual Registrations and Manage All Registrations' on your account homepage.
Changes have been made to the Manage Registrations page which aim to simplify and improve the customer experience. For portal users who have multiple registrations, there will now only be one record displayed for each tenancy on the Manage Registrations page. The record displayed on the Manage Registrations page will be the latest tenancy record which requires action by the user. Where there are prior iterations of the tenancy record, these are accessible on a new Tenancy History page. More information on these changes can be found here.
The ‘Action’ column to the right of the screen different action buttons will be shown depending on the status of each tenancy registration.
Examples:
-
If the tenancy’s status is 'Registered’ then the Action button will be ‘View/Edit’.
-
If the tenancy’s status is ‘Fee Outstanding’ then the Action button will be ‘Pay Now’.
The ‘Action’ column also has a button to end the tenancy. The use of this button will depend on the status of the tenancy registration.
Further information on tenancy statuses and what they mean can be found here.
The 'Next Registration Date' column displays when each tenancy's next registration is due. The status column will be at ‘Pending Registration' if annual registration is due.. To discover tenancies that need to be registered annually, use the 'Next Registration Date' or 'Status' columns to filter the grid.
