View all registrations linked to your account

You can view all registrations linked to your account in the ‘Renew Annual Registrations and Manage All Registrations’ section of your RTB registration account homepage.

If you have multiple registrations, there is one record displayed for each tenancy on the ‘Manage Registrations’ page.

The record displayed on the Manage Registrations page will be the latest tenancy record that requires action.

‘Actions’ button explained

In the ‘Action’ column to the right of the screen, you will see different action buttons depending on the status of each tenancy registration. For example:

  • ‘Draft’ status: will have a button to ‘View/Edit’.
  • ‘Registered’ status: will have a button to ‘View/Edit’.
  • ‘Unsuccessful registration’ status: will have a button to ‘View’.
  • Fee outstanding’ status: will have a button to ‘Pay Now’.

You have related historical records

If there are previous versions of the tenancy record, you can access them in the ‘Tenancy History’ page.

There is no ‘Tenancy History’ option

Records that do not have a history (for example newly registered tenancies which are not a renewal) have no ‘Tenancy History’ option next to the ‘Action’ column.

Find the next registration date

On the ‘Manage Registrations’ page, the ‘Next Registration Date’ column displays when each tenancy’s next registration is due.

If annual registration is due, the status column will be ‘Pending Registration’.

Use the ‘Next Registration Date’ or ‘Status’ columns to filter the grid.

Sorting your registrations

You can sort your registrations into the following categories:

  • All.
  • Expires soon.
  • Payment due.
  • Registered.
  • Missed registrations.

Sort by column

The black arrow at the top of the grid on the ‘Manage Registrations’ page shows the column by which the information is being sorted.

  1. Click the arrow to remove the sort on this column.
  2. Click the column heading you want to sort by.

Sorting options

You can sort by Registered Tenancy (RT)/Draft Number, Dwelling, Next Registration Date, and Status by clicking the relevant column heading.

Selecting multiple records

Use the ‘Select/Unselect Page’ button to select all records on the page. Or use the tick box to the left of each record to select one or multiple records. You can then:

  • Export the details: create a spreadsheet with details of the selected registrations using the export options at the bottom of the page.
  • Select records for payment: and pay for multiple records in one transaction.
  • Assign records: to another user if you are a company or AHB account administrator.
