The RTB Rental Sector Surveys are one of the largest and most detailed studies ever conducted on Ireland’s rental sector. The research was carried out by Amárach research on behalf of the RTB.
- The surveys aim to improve what we know about:
- The profile of landlords, tenants and letting agents in the private rental sector
- The actions and intentions of private landlords and tenants
- What drives the behaviour of key stakeholders in the sector.
The RTB has published two sets of survey data in 2021 and 2023. The aims to repeat the surveys to monitor trends in the sector over time.
