Our commitment to your privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy and individual data rights. The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 govern how we use, process, and store your personal data. The RTB processes personal data to carry out our mandate under the Residential Tenancies Act, 2004 (as amended). We do not need your consent to process personal data when the data is required to fulfil our legal responsibilities. Processing includes storing, collecting, using, sharing and securely disposing of personal data, and includes automated or manual operations.

RTB Privacy Statement

For detailed information on how we collect, use and protect your personal data, please read our Privacy Statement. This statement also outlines your rights in relation to your data. We may update our Privacy Statement as needed.
