Summary
What is the FOI Publication Scheme?
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2014, all FOI bodies must publish a scheme outlining how they share information with the public. This is known as the Freedom of Information Publication Scheme.
The Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) follows this requirement by providing access to key information through our FOI Publication Scheme, promoting openness, transparency, and accountability.
Our FOI Publication Scheme complies with the model publication scheme and guidelines issued by the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform.
