The RTB call centre opening hours over Christmas are as follows:

23rd of December: 9am to 5pm.
24th of December: 9am to 1pm.
25th, 26th, 27th, 28th of December: Closed.
29th, 30th, 31st of December: 9am to 5pm
1st of January: Closed.
2nd of January: 9am to 5pm.

Emergency Evition Line: 9am to 5pm on Christmas Day and St Stephen’s Day.
