As part of ongoing follow-up with landlords contacted through a Rent Pressure Zone compliance campaign in Q4 2024, some landlords may receive a text message from the RTB this week. 

The message will ask you to follow a link to update the RTB on the actions you have taken since we emailed you to advise we had noted a rent increase above 2% for a tenancy registered in your name. You should only receive this message if you have previously received an email asking you to check and confirm or correct the rent setting for a tenancy.
