We are contacting some landlords to help ensure rent is set correctly in RPZs.  Any emails you receive from the RTB about this campaign are official and genuine. 

More about the campaign 

Today, 20th November 2025, we launched a compliance campaign to support landlords in correctly setting rent in RPZs.  

This campaign involves:   

  • Contacting landlords where a potential breach of RPZ rules has been identified 
  • Providing clear guidance on RPZ rules and rent reviews   
  • Sharing tools like the RPZ Calculator to help ensure rent is set correctly  
  • Supporting landlords to update tenancy registrations where needed  

 Through this campaign, we aim to make sure landlords comply with RPZ rules by giving clear guidance on setting rent correctly.
