Registration statuses on your registration account explained

This page explains the different registration statuses in the ‘Manage Registrations’ section on a registration account.

Status What it means
Registered You have provided all the necessary information on your registration application and paid the full fee. The information has been verified. You can download a confirmation letter from your registration account.
Draft You have entered some or all the registration application details but have not completed it.

Drafts will be kept for 60 days before being automatically deleted. Once deleted, none of the draft details are saved and you need to start a new registration application.
Fee outstanding You have provided all the information and completed the declaration but have not paid the fee.

Your tenancy cannot move to ‘Registered’ until the fee is paid and we have verified the information.
Registration paid You have provided all the information on the registration application, signed the declaration and paid the fee.

The registration will be confirmed once we verify the information.
Incomplete The information you provided is incorrect, or your payment was not successfully processed.

We will contact you to correct the information.
Unsuccessful registration If the information is still incorrect or missing, or the fee is not paid after we contacted you, the status moves to ‘Unsuccessful’.

This means the tenancy is not registered and you need to complete a new application.

You can’t update or correct your application once it is marked unsuccessful.
To be verified We have identified a missed registration that you may not have originally registered.
Ended You can view your registration record but you can’t update or edit it.
