Delays expected to new tenancy registration account creation

Due to scheduled work on Residential Tenancies Board ICT systems, RTB customers may experience delays when creating a new tenancy registration account this weekend.

The work will take please between 4.00pm on Friday, 26th September and Monday, 29th September at 9.00am.

Who will this impact?

  • If you have already created an RTB tenancy registration account, you will be able to use the RTB portal as normal during this time.
  • If you would like to create an RTB tenancy registration account, you can still do so. However, your account will not be validated until systems are fully restored on Monday morning.
